What SEO delivers and what it is not
SEO is the work that gets people to find you without paying per click. It comes down to three things at once: the technology under your site, the keywords you want to be found for, and content that lives up to those words. Leave one out and the rest stalls.
We start from where you are now: which searches already give you impressions, where competitors rank and you do not, and what is holding your site back technically. Then we make the improvements and measure in Search Console what they do. You do not get a ranking list, but impressions, positions and how many of them click through.
If you need visibility faster than SEO can deliver, add Google Ads: that brings in clicks today. If you sell online, the quality of your product data also counts — more on that under e-commerce and marketplaces.
Having a new site built? Include SEO from the start: it is far cheaper than fixing it afterwards. See website design.
How to be found in ChatGPT and other AI assistants as well is explained in being found in ChatGPT (article in Dutch).
An example: for The Crown in Rotterdam we created pages around the keywords couples use to find a venue, and rewrote every title and meta description.
What you get
Baseline and keyword research
We first look at what already comes in through Search Console, and look for the searches where there is demand and you are not yet showing.
Technical SEO
Indexing, load time, heading structure, structured data and internal links: the basics that decide whether Google can read your content properly at all.
Content and pages
Deepening existing pages and creating new ones around the topics you want to be found for, including the questions customers really ask.
Measurement and reporting
Search Console and GA4 set up properly, and every month an overview of impressions, positions and how many click through.
How an SEO project runs
SEO analysis
In the first phase we take a thorough look at your current situation online. A full analysis shows where the gains are and where SEO makes the biggest difference to your visibility.
SEO strategy
Now that we know where you stand, we draw up a plan that fits your goals: from keywords to technical improvements. That is the basis for the rest of the project.
Execution and optimisation
This is where the work happens. We make the improvements and track the results, so your visibility keeps growing while the market changes.
Curious where your site stands now?
We start with a baseline in Search Console, so you see where the opportunities are.
Frequently asked questions
Think months, not weeks. Google often picks up technical improvements within a few weeks. New content that has to rank for a competitive search usually needs three to six months. Anyone who promises you a first place within a month is selling something other than SEO.
Unlike Google Ads there is no ad budget: you pay for the work, not for the click. What that work costs depends on where you start and how competitive your market is. We agree an amount per month or per project upfront.
No, and nobody can. Google decides the order and changes its algorithm constantly. What we do is work measurably: every month you see for which searches your impressions and positions are moving.
Yes, and the work largely overlaps. ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity take their answers from the same public pages Google reads. What helps is the same: clear, factual text, a site crawlers can read without trouble, and structured data that tells a machine who you are and what you do.
Yes, with a different emphasis. In a web shop your category and product pages account for most of the visibility, and the quality of your product data counts directly. If you also sell through bol or Amazon, see e-commerce and marketplaces.
