Who we are
This website belongs to Brandico (registered name Brandico Netherlands), Johannes Huslaan 212, 1216 RJ Hilversum, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 91871859, VAT number NL004920856B47. We are responsible for processing the personal data described in this statement. What data we process and why

We do not use your data for other purposes, do not sell it and do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
Website statistics (Google Analytics)
We measure how the site is used with Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. This happens only if you consent to statistics in the cookie banner. Without consent no analytics cookies are placed. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Google may process data in the United States; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for this. We do not share data with Google for advertising. We keep the data in Google Analytics for 14 months.

How long we keep your data
- Messages through forms and email: up to 2 years after the last contact, unless you become a client.
- Client data in our accounts: 7 years, because the law requires it.
- Statistics: 14 months, see above.
Who we share your data with
We only share your data with parties that help us run the website and our services, and that may only use it on our instructions:
- Hostinger, for hosting the website, including storing form messages;
- Titan, for our email address info@brandico.nl;
- Google, for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and for email (Gmail), where messages from the forms arrive.
Beyond that we only disclose data when the law requires us to.
Security
The site only works over an encrypted connection (https). Access to form messages and accounts is limited to the people at Brandico who need it for their work.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, object, and receive your data in a common format. If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Send your request to info@brandico.nl; we respond within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If anything changes in how we process data, we update this statement. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
